Mary Black (blackm@msu.edu) & Dee McKay (mckay@msu.edu)

Both Mary & Dee work full time in the Office of Planning and Budgets. They are responsible for the training and support of three of the modules in the Course Load, Instruction, Funding and Modeling System (CLIFMS).

In addition, They have responsibilities for mandated state and federal reporting, external surveys, assessment projects, internal planning and analysis projects.
