Dee McKay (mckay@msu.edu) & Mary Black (blackm@msu.edu)

Both Dee & Mary work full time in the Office of Planning and Budgets. They are responsibile for the training and support of three of the modules in the Course Load, Instruction, Funding and Modeling System (CLIFMS).

In addition, They have responsibilities for mandated state and federal reporting, external surveys, assessment projects, internal planning and analysis projects.
