Creating Accessible and Flexible Documents

This course is intended for faculty, support staff, or anyone providing course materials to make documents more flexible (use between Microsoft Office applications) and accessible too. Make the most of your time by learning the guidelines for using Microsoft Office applications to complete tasks more efficiently, effectively, and with accessibility in mind. For instance, save time and effort by taking an outline in Microsoft Word and making it a PowerPoint presentation; learn to export a PowerPoint presentation to Microsoft Word. Creating accessible PDF documents will also be covered. Participants will discover that in the process of designing flexible and accessible content, their materials will be clearer and better for everyone. Although there are no prerequisites for this class, it is expected that participants have a general understanding of using basic software.

Prerequisites: None.

Fees: $46.20 for faculty and staff. $35.90 for students. $56.50 for all others.

Currently, there are no available seats for Creating Accessible and Flexible Documents.
