Minimum Enrollment

In order for a scheduled class to be held, there is a minimum enrollment requirement of 3 participants. If a class must be cancelled due to low enrollment, the enrolled participants will be notified. When possible, alternative dates will be provided for future classes. No class charges will be applied for cancellations due to low enrollment.

Wait List

If a class is full, we can add your name to the waiting list and call you when a space becomes available. We will make every attempt to open additional classes once maximum enrollment has been reached.

Special Accommodations

If you need special accommodations, please notify LCTTP at least two weeks before class to ensure that appropriate arrangements can be made. Reserving sign language interpreters may require additional lead time. Please send your request to lcttp@msu.edu.

Payment Options

Payment may be made by check, credit card, MSU Educational Assistance, or MSU departmental charge. A valid MSU ID must be presented to receive MSU pricing.

Educational Assistance

MSU support staff may qualify for the MSU Staff - Educational Assistance Program. To utilize your educational assistance benefit, download and complete the Enrollment Form and submit via fax to the MSU Computer Store (see form for fax number).

Please note that the LCTTP Enrollment Form must be turned in within 3 days of registering for a class . You must also complete the entire course to use your Educational Assistance benefit. If either of these conditions are not met, you or your department will be responsible for payment.

Just a reminder that your Educational Assistance benefit renews with the academic year (Sept 1 - Aug 31) rather than the fiscal calendar year. For information about the Educational Assistance Program contact Human Resource Development at (517) 884-0177 or visit the Human Resources web site.

Billing Policy

Billing of departmental accounts and Educational Assistance funds does not occur until after the class has been attended.

Payment is due at the time of enrollment for individuals using self-payment methods when enrolling on-line, in person or via mailed enrollment form.

Payment for phone enrollment must be received within 3 days of enrollment.

Cancellations & Refunds

Please notify either the Computer Store or AIS Help & Support as soon as you know that an enrollment must be cancelled. If cancellation notice is not received at least 24 hours prior to the start of class, course fees will still apply. Full refunds will be issued to individuals using a self-payment method only if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the class date.
