Libraries, Computing and Technology Training
Program (LCTTP)
Operated by AIS, Academic Computing & Network Services,
Libraries, Instructional Media Center & Broadcasting Services, LCTTP
provides a year-round series of instructional seminars and classes
in all aspects of computer use. The courses feature professional
instructors and hands-on learning. Most of these courses are offered
for free to faculty who request an automatic fee waiver.
ANGEL Training & Resources
MSU has adopted the ANGEL course management system effective
Fall Semester 2003. Training in using ANGEL is offered by the Libraries,
Computing, and Technology Training Program. Please visit the ANGEL

The Faculty Seminar Series
Offered exclusively to faculty, this seminar series is offered
twice a year at the end of fall and spring semester. Faculty can
sign up for up to two days of small group, hands-on instruction
in topics ranging from operating system basics, using Microsoft
Office programs, graphics software and web page authoring. The seminars
are free, but advance enrollment is requested. Visit the Faculty

MSU Faculty & Academic Staff- Automatic Fee Waiver Program
An automatic Fee Waiver Program is available for MSU Faculty
& Academic Staff for most LCTTP classes. To take advantage of this
program, e-mail your request to Byron Brown at brownb@msu.edu
. Be sure to list the specific class(es) and class dates.

In addition to support provided by individual academic units, Michigan
State provides a wide range of instructional technology support
programs for faculty and academic staff.
LON-CAPA Summer Workshop

This is a hands-on workshop to learn about course coordination

ACNS Help Desk
Located in 120 Computer Center, the ACNS Help Desk provides general
consulting on personal computer use, e-mail, networking, and more. Brief consulting is available at no charge. The ACNS Help Desk can be reached by calling 432-6200 or visiting their web
site at http://help.msu.edu.

Instructional Media Center (IMC)
The IMC provides multimedia equipment and support for MSU courses.
Free instruction is available to individuals and groups in the use
of the equipment in any of MSU's more than 80 technology classrooms.
